These birds are fully feathered and are ready to be acclimated to the cold.
Coturnix quail require 14-16 hours of light to consistently lay eggs.
All of our quail are raised indoors during the winter and are not properly acclimated to long term cold. You will need to acclimate them if you're placing them in a non heated enclosure.
